We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Amazon Operations Specialist
to join our dynamic team. This role requires expertise in
Amazon Seller Central
, supply chain coordination, and data management to support our eCommerce operations. You will play a vital role in managing account performance, resolving inventory issues, and ensuring seamless workflow processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct
daily checks
of assigned accounts for performance, inventory, and account-related issues. - Create and manage tickets in the internal project management system to track account concerns.
- Utilize
Excel and Google Sheets
for sorting, filtering, and analyzing large datasets efficiently. - Generate and manage
Amazon shipments
, ensuring clear and prompt communication with clients. - Perform
weekly audits
on fees and shipments, identifying and resolving discrepancies. - Engage with
Amazon Seller Support
via case logs, chat, and phone to resolve issues effectively. - Update and manage task tickets assigned through the
Project Management System
. - Extract data from
Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central
, and proprietary systems to develop insightful reporting dashboards. - Provide
ad hoc reporting and data analysis
based on client and business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. - Minimum 2 years of experience
with
Amazon Seller Central
. - At least 1 year
of experience using
Send to Amazon workflow
. - Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
, including
macros, pivot tables, lookups, and conditional formatting
. - Strong analytical skills with a strategic and
proactive mindset
. - Ability to manage
multiple priorities
in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Adaptability and problem-solving skills to pivot quickly when changes arise.
Good to Have Skills (Advantage but NOT Required)
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of best practices and trends in e-commerce, specifically within the Amazon marketplace.
- Experience operating within
Amazon Seller or Vendor Central
. - Adaptability and willingness to stay updated with changes and developments in the
Amazon ecosystem
. - Comfortable working in
Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs/Drive, and various software systems
. - Experience working with
project management/ticketing systems
. - Highly organized and
