Junior Amazon Ads Specialist

Responsibilities:
* Assist in launching, monitoring, and optimizing Amazon DSP and SPA campaigns across various product categories.
* Execute ad trafficking, audience targeting setup, budget pacing, and bid adjustments in Amazon's ad platforms.
* Perform ongoing keyword research, negative keyword implementation, and ASIN targeting optimization for SPA campaigns.
* Monitor campaign performance and flag trends or anomalies to senior team members.
* Support creation of campaign reports with actionable insights on KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CVR, and detail page views.
* Conduct rigorous QA checks to ensure accuracy in campaign setup, targeting, and creative assets.
* Collaborate with Client Solutions to align strategies with brand goals and seasonal promotions.
* Partner with Data & Analytics to evaluate campaign results and recommend performance improvements.
* Stay updated on Amazon's latest ad formats, policy changes, and best practices.
Qualifications:
* Basic understanding of Amazon Ads products, especially DSP and Sponsored Products.
* Comfortable working with data in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, and basic formulas).
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Clear English communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
* Online advertising exposure (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or ideally Amazon Ads) preferred.
* Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
