We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Marketing Operations Support Specialist to assist our US-based marketing team during the peak campaign season. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for email campaign execution using Klaviyo, as well as managing creative assets via Airtable and supporting basic design tasks based on existing templates.

If you have experience in email marketing operations, are comfortable with digital tools like Klaviyo and Airtable, and can handle fast-paced timelines—this role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic eCommerce team during a high-impact period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and schedule 6–8 marketing emails per week using Klaviyo, based on prepared templates.
  • Source creative assets from Airtable and assemble content within designated templates.
  • Apply appropriate segmentation and targeting to email campaigns.
  • Support basic creative edits such as resizing imagery or video content, following provided briefs.
  • Ensure email formatting, layout, and content accuracy across all devices.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for approvals and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong experience building and managing email campaigns within Klaviyo.
  • Familiarity with Airtable or other project management tools.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or marketing operations environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general internet research and usage.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have:

  • Background in customer service (voice), particularly in a US-based setup.
  • Basic graphic editing skills (resizing images/videos based on templates).
  • Familiarity with eCommerce or retail marketing operations.
