Job Summary:

The Marketing Intern will assist the Sales and Marketing Department in promoting the hotel, catering, and events services. The intern will gain hands-on experience in marketing campaigns, social media management, and event promotions while learning about the hospitality and events industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and scheduling marketing content for social media platforms.
  • Help in coordinating and promoting upcoming events, bridal fairs, and food tastings.
  • Support in designing marketing materials such as posters, flyers, and online ads.
  • Participate in photo and video documentation of events and promotional activities.
  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries and messages on social media.
  • Help maintain and update client databases and contact lists.
  • Conduct basic market research on competitors, pricing, and trends in the hospitality industry.
  • Perform other marketing and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related course.
  • Creative, proactive, and interested in social media and event promotions.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to learn and assist during events when needed.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 3 months
