Overview Marketing Associate responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns for real estate properties, coordinating with sales teams and partners, and supporting the marketing function to drive brand consistency and campaign performance. Responsibilities Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and strategies. Plan and manage marketing activities, including property launches, open houses, and promotional events. Liaise with sales teams, brokers, and partners to ensure effective marketing plan execution and achieve sales targets. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify local property trends to refine strategies. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights for optimization. Uphold brand consistency and property image across all marketing materials. Manage and grow digital presence (social media, website, property portals) with engaging content. Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Management, Real Estate Management, or related field. While experience (or a significant internship) in real estate marketing, project sales, or digital marketing is a strong advantage, we enthusiastically welcome applications from entry-level candidates and recent graduates eager to start their marketing careers in the real estate industry. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal); ability to create compelling marketing content. Proficient in digital marketing tools (social media advertising, analytics) and MS Office. Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) are a plus. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a creative mindset; excels both as a collaborative team member and an independent contributor.
