Emotiv is seeking a creative and detail-driven Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Content Creation

  • Write persuasive and clear marketing copy for email campaigns (EDMs), social media, website content, and presentations
  • Craft storytelling strategies that resonate with automotive professionals and industry audiences
  • Collaborate with design teams to create cohesive, on-brand marketing materials

Digital Marketing & Website Management

  • Maintain and update the company's WordPress website to support campaign initiatives
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and user experience
  • Coordinate with web developers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Email Marketing (EDMs)

  • Plan, write, and execute targeted email campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor
  • Segment and manage email lists for audience-specific outreach
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement

Collaborative Marketing Support

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print communications
  • Contribute creative ideas to content strategies, promotions, and growth initiatives

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, Automotive Studies, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, technology, or automotive industries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and persuasive writing
  • Experience with WordPress or other content management systems
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles
  • Highly organized, with strong time management and project coordination skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and in cross-functional teams
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and stay up to date with marketing technology

Preferred/Good to Have:

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor)
  • Interest or experience in graphic design or collaborating with creative teams
  • Experience with website builders like Elementor
  • Ability to analyze marketing performance data and apply findings to improve strategy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php65,000.00 per month
