Your Role

As a
Maritime Program Coordinator
, your role combines creativity, empathy, and maritime understanding to design initiatives that bring a sense of connection and positivity to everyday life at sea. You'll work across teams to ensure our digital presence and programs reflect the voice, culture, and spirit of the maritime community.

What You'll Do

  • Support the planning and execution of digital and community programs within the maritime sector.
  • Create visual and written materials that reflect seafarer life and human connection.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of program assets and updates.
  • Gather feedback and insights from the community to help improve the overall experience.
  • Assist in shaping new initiatives that promote well-being, learning, and collaboration across fleets.

What We're Looking For

  • Background in
    Maritime Studies, Nautical Science, or Marine HR
  • or direct
    sea experience
    preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience at sea OR creative content creation/communication/ digital media.
  • Background in nutrition/psychology is a big plus.
  • Strong written and spoken English; confident and empathetic communicator.
  • Skilled with
    Canva
    and basic video or visual editing tools (e.g. CapCut, InShot).
  • Organized, proactive, and passionate about maritime crew and their stories.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for design and human connection.
