Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily food and beverage operations in [restaurant, bar, catering, hotel, etc.]
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent service
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Maintain inventory and assist with ordering supplies
  • Monitor staff schedules, breaks, and shift coverage
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Report performance, issues, and improvements to management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
  • Ability to manage time and staff effectively during peak hours
  • Experience with POS systems and basic reporting
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality degree preferred)
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
