About the role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a vibrant retail environment? As a Sales Associate at BEAUTY FOR U INT OPC', you will be a key member of our team, responsible for driving sales and creating positive experiences for our valued customers. This is a full-time position based in San Juan City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and personalised assistance to customers, helping them find the right beauty products to meet their needs
  2. Actively engage with customers, demonstrate product features, and convert sales opportunities
  3. Ensure the retail space is well-maintained, stocked, and visually appealing to customers
  4. Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
  5. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training
  6. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in customer-facing retail or sales roles, preferably in the beauty/cosmetics industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
  3. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to recommend solutions tailored to customer needs
  4. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
