Provide support the GlobeCon lead with tasks on regular reminders to the Schenker world on entry rules, e-trainings assistance and Directive CM 01. Act as single Point of Contact towards the CoE as well as the GBS contract managers and the supported countries/clusters/regions for all Desk Top Procedures ("DTPs") and related documents, like the Review-Party and Stakeholder Directory, that are under the ownership of the CoE Contract Management. Strive for compliance with the required contract management KPI. Ensure business process/methodology is applied accordingly and accurately. Establish proactive communication among customers in the respective region or country of assignment.

GlobeCon Helpdesk & Document Administrator

  • Following up with the stakeholder to ensure full resolution of issues.
  • User support (not IT related, but contents related).
  • Align and coordinate with IT department during troubleshooting
  • Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone.
  • Providing assistance for questions and problems
  • Desk Top Procedure
  • Global Review/Approver Directory

Primary Qualifications:

  • Strong background in Contract Management & Document Administrator
  • Preferably with 3 -5 years of legal background or experience in Contract Management
  • Logistics industry experience is a plus.
  • Preferably 3-5 years of relevant experience in a multi-national organization
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment with a tight deadline
  • Minimum one year of preparation (data analysis, stakeholder management)
  • Global and/or multi-divisional experience, strong intellectual skills
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment with a diverse workforce

Secondary Qualifications

  • Can work independently and has strong character
  • Has passion for database
  • Has excellent knowledge of the English language both in writing and orally.
  • Is highly reliable and understands the huge responsibility of this job (confidentiality-wise, but also attendance-wise)
  • Basic excel knowledge is a must
  • Can conduct training to Global Corporate Account Managers
