Responsibilities:

  • Maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and post it to inventory record.
  • Maintains proper inventory to ensure customer's demands are met in most efficient manner.
  • Verifies clerical computations against physical count and adjust errors in computation our count.
  • Updates inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with management and other stakeholders in the business.
  • Reconciles inventory discrepancies.
  • Prepares report such as inventory balance.
  • Ensures accuracy of stocks maintained in the system against physical stocks on hand.

Qualifications:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must be adept in the use of MS Office
  • Can encode date with speed and accuracy
  • Finishes work in an efficient and timely manner
  • Amenable to work in Tunasan, Muntinlupa
  • Can start immediately
