Job Summary:

The Automotive Parts Analyst plays a key role in ensuring efficient parts management and support for the company's service and aftersales operations. This position is responsible for analyzing parts demand, monitoring inventory levels, managing stock replenishment, and coordinating with suppliers and internal departments to maintain an optimal balance between parts availability and inventory cost.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and knowledgeable about automotive parts and supply chain processes. He or she will prepare regular inventory and usage reports, forecast demand based on service trends, and identify opportunities to improve parts turnover and minimize losses due to overstocking or obsolescence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure the timely availability of required parts.
  • Forecast parts demand based on sales data, service records, and seasonal trends.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and service teams for efficient parts ordering and replenishment.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate inventory, stock movement, and performance reports.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize parts management and reduce inventory costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards for parts handling, documentation, and reporting.
  • Support the Aftersales and Service Departments by providing accurate and updated parts information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in parts analysis, inventory management, or automotive aftersales operations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other inventory management systems.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and service operations is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
