Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to oversee finished goods inventory management, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance within our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze finished goods inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain precise records of inventory levels, storage locations, and quality status.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and warehouse teams to address discrepancies or issues.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.
  • Provide assistance during internal and external audits related to finished goods inventory and quality compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Chemist or Licensed Chemical Technician (required)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in quality assurance or a related field
  • Graduate of BS Chemistry, BS Chemical Engineering, BS Biology or any related course
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Can start immediately
