Content Lead (B2B SaaS)

We're looking for a hands-on Content Lead who lives and breathes B2B copywriting—someone who can craft compelling messaging, ship high-quality assets fast, and collaborate closely with Sales to convert attention into SQLs.

Key Responsibilities

Own the Content Engine

  • Build and execute sales sequences across funnel stages and personas
  • Write and edit conversion-focused copy: email sequences, LinkedIn posts, landing pages, ads, and nurture flows
  • Produce scripts for short-form thought leadership videos

Make Content Perform

  • Work with Insights and Marketing Automation teams to launch outreach programs
  • Test copy systematically (subject lines, hooks, CTAs, angles) and scale winning variants
  • Own content analytics: track open rates, CTR, reply rates, and conversion metrics
  • Maintain quality by improving data hygiene, deliverability, and lead routing in collaboration with Sales Ops

  • Maintain clear messaging frameworks and value propositions by persona and use case
  • Stay updated on privacy changes, platform trends, and channel shifts
  • Propose data-backed experiments with defined hypotheses and success metrics

You Might Be a Great Fit If You…

  • Have 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS preferred) with a strong portfolio of conversion copy
  • Can point to programs where your content hit MQL/SQL/pipeline goals
  • Understand lead scoring, lifecycle stages, attribution, and funnel diagnostics
  • Have excellent writing skills across formats: landing pages, emails, infographics, videos, LinkedIn
  • Use AI tools to ideate and create variants, but finalize content with human-level craft
  • Have strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Can manage multiple content launches at the same time
