Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Leasing Coordinator to join our brokerage team and support leasing operations. This role is central to ensuring that our staff, agents, and landlords have a seamless experience throughout the leasing process. The Leasing Coordinator will be responsible for managing listings, coordinating deal flow, and ensuring compliance with brokerage standards and NYC regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison between agents, landlords, and property managers.
  • Manage and update listings across platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare rental applications, leases, and disclosure documents per NYC regulations.
  • Track deal progress, monitor inventory, and support listing onboarding (marketing materials, photos, floorplans).
  • Assist with landlord communication, deal coordination, and smooth tenant move-ins.
  • Provide reporting on leasing activity, pipeline, and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in leasing, property management, or brokerage operations (NYC market preferred).
  • Knowledge of NYC rental regulations, leasing documents, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in listing platforms, Zoho, and Google Suite.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
