About the role

JET Enterprises Incorporated is seeking a talented Finance and Accounting Assistant to join our team in Manila City Metro Manila. This full-time position is essential in supporting our Financial Accounting & Reporting operations and will play a key role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring accurate reporting.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data
  • Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain and update financial records and databases
  • Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and support decision-making
  • Contribute to the implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Assist in time-keeping and payroll

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrated at least 1 year experience in a finance or accounting assistant role, preferably within a similar industry
  • Proficiency in financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
