About the role

As a Customer Service - Warranty Co-ordinator at Caterlink, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. In this contractor position, which you will be working from home, however, you must be based in the Philippines, you will coordinate and process customer warranty claims, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. With your strong customer service skills and attention to detail, you will be the point of contact for any warranty-related inquiries or issues, working closely with our supply chain to resolve them efficiently.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to and processing customer warranty claims in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to gather all necessary information and documentation to resolve warranty claims
  • Providing regular updates to customers on the status of their claims
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all warranty claims and resolutions
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or warranty coordination role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proven track record of maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Proficient in using ERP systems and other relevant software
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Minimum BYOD System Requirements

  • Stable fibre internet connection (100MBPS upload and download speed or faster)
  • Back-up internet connection
  • Laptop or PC with at least 8GB RAM, i5 CPU, Windows 11 Professional operating system, Camera
  • 2 x Monitors to ensure productivity
  • Noise Cancelling headset with microphone for answering phone calls and attending video meetings
  • Work location must have minimal distractions and background noise
