Key Responsibilities

  • Translate design concepts, sketches, and 3D visuals into detailed architectural and interior drawings (plans, elevations, sections, joinery, MEP coordination, etc.)
  • Prepare technical packages, including layouts, reflected ceiling plans, and millwork details for high-end projects
  • Coordinate with designers, 3D visualizers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accuracy and design intent
  • Maintain and organize drawing sets, revisions, and documentation in line with studio standards
  • Participate in site visits, verify as-built conditions, and assist in ensuring the final execution matches design intent
  • Use AutoCAD, Revit, and related software to produce flawless, construction-ready drawings
  • Support design development by providing creative and technical input during concept and execution phases

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design or related fields
  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in high-end interior design or architectural projects
  • Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and strong familiarity with SketchUp, Photoshop, and 3ds Max (preferred)
  • Solid understanding of materials, detailing, and construction techniques in luxury interiors
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills — English proficiency required (Arabic is a plus)
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining the highest level of precision
