We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service / Encoder to join our growing team. This role involves handling customer inquiries, providing support, and accurately encoding data into our systems. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and capable of delivering excellent customer service while managing administrative tasks.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Record and update customer information in the database with high accuracy
  • Encode orders, transactions, and other important data into internal systems
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Maintain proper records of interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any computer-related course/program
  • Previous experience in customer service or data encoding is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other relevant software
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
