Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management:
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
  • Identify new suppliers and evaluate their capabilities to ensure competitiveness and reliability.
  • Procurement Planning & Budgeting:
  • Forecast procurement needs and develop a procurement plan to meet those needs.
  • Ensure the procurement budget is adhered to and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Contract Negotiation:
  • Lead contract negotiations with suppliers to secure the best possible terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure contracts comply with company policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to manage product demand and supply chain needs.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Supervise a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Promote a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with legal, ethical, and corporate policies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Continuously assess and improve procurement processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Implement new technologies and tools to streamline procurement operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing procurement processes.
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement software and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate reports and make data-driven decisions.
  • Understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
