Duties And Responsibilities

  • Responsible in logging access request - creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts and access rights both voice and non-voice operations. Ensuring users have the appropriate level of access based on their roles and responsibilities
  • Adhering to established policies and procedures for user access management ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures for user access management.
  • Maintain and update UAP documentation and records
  • Track access progress and report on milestones
  • Coordinate meetings and facilitate communication among team members
  • Identify and help resolve project issues and risks
  • Provides support in the form of on-demand expertise, templates, best practices, access to information and expertise to projects as required by the Project Lead
  • Will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and address any issues that may arise
  • Communicate project and program status updates to stakeholders at various levels, ensuring transparency and alignment

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 6 to 12 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Preferably with experience using IDM, ServiceNow, or other ticketing systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC and on a night shift schedule.
