Job description:

The Studio Technical Operator is responsible for studio and recording equipment, as well as attending live event coverages and activities for the assigned digital platforms.

  • Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for both studio and field productions.
  • Operate and maintain studio equipment, including microphones, lighting systems, soundboards, and video gear.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during live and recorded productions to ensure seamless operation.
  • Collaborate closely with the project management team to deliver high quality set design for studio.
  • Monitor and adjust audio and video levels in real-time during broadcasts to maintain optimal quality.
  • Manage studio equipment inventory and coordinate the ordering of replacements or upgrades as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical production and setup.
  • Proficient in OBS Studio and on-location broadcast setup.
  • Skilled in researching new technologies and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
  • Experience in equipment sourcing, including supplier negotiations and outsourcing.
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in all aspects of work.
  • Willingness to work beyond regular hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
  • Background in TV networks or live event production is an advantage.
  • Proven leadership skills, capable of managing and motivating a technical team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
