Studio Operations Manager

  • Manage and monitor rental studio bookings and inquiries (in-person and online)
  • Coordinate schedules for clients, shoots, and internal use of the studio
  • Coordinate payments, invoices, and receipts for studio rentals
  • Maintain communication with renters and serve as the main point of contact
  • Ensure studio is clean, presentable, and ready before and after bookings
  • Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and schedules
  • Assist in enforcing studio policies and operational procedures
  • Work closely with in-house staff, security, and external teams to manage studio use

  • Manage the studio's social media page – create and post content, respond to inquiries, and build online visibility

  • Minimum Qualifications: Experience in administration, coordination, or studio/event management

  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing and payment tracking
  • Comfortable using online calendars, spreadsheets, and booking tools
  • Basic knowledge in fixing lights and equipment in a photo studio
  • Experience or interest in social media management (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Reliable, proactive, and confident managing schedules independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Management, or related field is an advantage, fresh are open to apply
