Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Podium Mall, Mandaluyong
  • Mall hour shifting
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the bridal studio, ensuring a pleasant experience for clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in all client fittings
  • Coordination of pending orders and fulfillment status.
  • Act as the primary salesperson, promoting and selling our services.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes for gown selection, fitting, alteration, and other studio services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
  • Ensure tasks are completed on time at each stage, including general inquiry, price negotiations, gown selection, appointments, meetings, etc.
  • Basic administration tasks throughout day to day operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
