The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to boost brand visibility, engagement, and sales. The role combines creativity with data-driven decision-making and involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration: Coordinate with content creators, designers, and SEO specialists to ensure cohesive campaigns.
  • SEO & E-commerce: Improve search rankings, optimize e-commerce platforms, and recover lost sales through retargeting.
  • Content & Social Media: Develop content strategies, manage social media campaigns, and track influencer partnerships.
  • Email Marketing: Launch segmented, personalized campaigns and use A/B testing to improve results.
  • Paid Advertising: Manage paid search, display, and social ads across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Analytics & CRO: Track performance, conduct A/B testing, analyze user behavior, and enhance conversion rates.
  • Trends & Compliance: Stay updated on industry trends, ensure compliance with privacy laws, and explore new marketing tools.
  • Budget & Training: Oversee marketing budgets and recommend team development opportunities.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.


• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, content

marketing, social media, and email marketing.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and data for decision-making.


• Proficient in using digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, TikTok

Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.


• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with content creators,

designers, SEO specialists, and other team members.


• Knowledge of data privacy laws and compliance practices.


• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and conversion rate optimization techniques.


• Ability to manage budgets effectively and monitor campaign ROI.


• Up-to-date with digital marketing trends and emerging platforms.


• Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to conduct A/B testing and optimize for CRO.


• Willingness to attend training and seminars for professional development.
