About the role

Airmix Enterprise Construction Incorporated is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) to join our team in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. As a Quantity Surveyor (Electrical), you will play a crucial role in the company's success by providing accurate cost estimations and project management support for our electrical construction projects. What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for electrical construction projects
  2. Analyzing technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents to identify and quantify required materials and labour
  3. Negotiating and managing subcontractor and supplier agreements to ensure cost-effective solutions
  4. Monitoring and controlling project costs throughout the construction process
  5. Providing progress reports and updates to project managers and stakeholders
  6. Identifying and mitigating potential cost risks and recommending solutions
  7. Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the electrical construction industry
  3. Proficient in using construction estimating software and other relevant tools
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  6. Familiarity with relevant construction codes, regulations, and safety standards
  7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
