Job Summary

Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all costs related to mechanical construction projects, from initial estimates through to final billing. The role ensures that project costs are accurately forecasted, monitored, and controlled while maintaining compliance with design specifications, budgets, and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or mechanical contracting.
  • Proficient in quantity take-off software, MS Excel, and cost control systems.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems is a plus.
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently and under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php26,000.00 per month
