About the role

As a Quantity Surveyor at I.A. Campbell & Associates, Inc.', you will play a pivotal role in the construction projects undertaken by our company. Responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of these projects, your role will involve managing costs, budgets, and contractual agreements to ensure the successful delivery of each initiative. This full-time position is based in Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our construction business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Bid Evaluation
  2. Review of contract documents, contract conditions and clauses, including Bill of Quantities
  3. Review and reconciliation of progress billings
  4. Review and reconciliation of change orders/variation claims
  5. Preparing and presenting progress reports, financial statements, and other project documentation
  6. Keep record and tracking of the documents for progress billings, change orders and variation claims.
  7. Assist in the preparation of monthly cost reports
  8. Close coordination with Clients, Consultants and Contractors
  9. Attend coordination meetings

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
  3. Effective oral and written communication skills
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project objectives
  5. Demonstrable problem-solving and decision-making skills
  6. Must be immediately available
