Job description

  • Prepare and coordinate accurate cost estimates in accordance with the Company's estimating guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate document control and timely submission of estimates.
  • Maintain awareness of, and compliance with the Company's procedures and guidelines which directly affect the work undertaken.
  • Ensure you maintain any formal standards, qualifications or certifications as required by the Company or its customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships internally with other teams within the company and the wider group.
  • Display a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high reliance on technology.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to tasks, punctuality, reliability with all given tasks and a strong dedication to the team and the Company.

Qualifications

  • BS Civil Engineering graduate (Required)
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Willing to be trained
  • With 1 to 3 years experience as Quantity Surveyor or Design Engineer (Preferred)
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (Preferred)
  • Residing in Alabang or nearby area (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php23,000.00 per month
