  • Drives lead identification, qualification and conversion
  • Develops a thorough understanding of client business challenges
  • Consults with the Delivery team and creates project proposals to sell-in solutions to clients
  • Creates awareness of our analytics solutions among other teams in local market
  • Drives awareness of our analytics solutions among Clients in the local market
  • Collaborates with Delivery team to ensure that projects are delivered in timely manner and meet Client objectives
  • Collaborates with Regional Analytics Client Leaders to drive revenue among key global Clients in local market
  • Individual contributor role but works closely with Delivery team

  • Graduate or Post Graduate Degree required
  • 5+ years experience preferably with a market research agency
  • Prior experience in a business development role for market research/analytics services is a plus
  • Familiarity with analytics consulting is a plus
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and can apply creativity to solve Client problems
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Proven ability to engage with senior leaders in Client organization
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Power Point & Excel
  • Committed, motivated & always eager to learn
  • Independent yet effective team player in a flat organization setting
  • Skilled at maintaining good working relationship with people at all levels
