We are looking for a Regulatory & Compliance Sr. Associate to join our growing. This role is designed for a hands-on professional who thrives on ensuring that every product released to market meets the highest standards of regulatory compliance and consumer safety.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare, review, and file all regulatory documents, product registrations, and notifications to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and related agencies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all regulatory requirements applicable to food, cosmetics, and other FMCG product categories.
• Evaluate product formulation, labeling, and marketing materials to ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure new and reformulated products meet FDA and internal quality standards prior to launch.
• Monitor post-market product compliance and handle any necessary regulatory updates or corrective actions
• Serve as the regulatory liaison between the company and internal departments, ensuring that compliance requirements are integrated into every stage of the product lifecycle.
• Review product claims and communication materials with Marketing to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
• Stay current with FDA circulars, advisories, and emerging regulations that may impact the company's products.
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation systems to strengthen overall regulatory readiness.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree in Science (Nutrition, Food tech, Pharmacy or similar fields).
• Preferred 1-3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in the FMCG, pharmaceutical, or cosmetics industries.
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and other relevant guidelines.
• Experience in handling regulatory submissions and documentation related to product registration, renewal, and post-market compliance.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and documentation discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
