Job Summary
A meticulous and analytical Audit Specialist is needed to join the SPE Audit Team. The role involves reviewing and auditing Service Requests (SRs) to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with established standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining service quality, identifying process gaps, escalating issues, and providing actionable feedback to improve systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Audit Service Requests (SRs) to verify data integrity and accuracy (e.g., customer contact details, site address, SR Type correctness, Planned Period validation etc).
- Fix Service Requests with missing, inaccurate, or incomplete information.
- Update EBS Alice to reflect audit status (Pass or Fail).
- Receive and review Service Requests where issues have been identified (data, information, system, SOW, etc.).
- Monitor identified issues/potential risks and support resolution.
- Provide structured feedback on corrective actions and solutions to improve data quality and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvements and system enhancements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- College graduate of any course.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possesses initiative and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Keen attention to details.
- Experience with data auditing, quality assurance, or service request management is a plus.
- Time management skills.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Works well with others; team player.
- Fluent English written and verbal skills.
- Strong sense/knowledge of the service business.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
