Overview:
The
Territory Solutions Lead
is a results-oriented and experienced sales personnel that manages relations with accredited partner & agents. They drive the achievement of the daily daily/monthly/quarterly/annual targets through its partners & aggregator. It is expected that the individual has area sales & financial management expertise in the assigned territory both in operational / day-to-day management and competitor monitoring.
What you need to succeed
- : Consistently meet or exceed sales target
- s.Manages the total growth of the Area assigned in terms of Maya GTV & Uses Cases of the MSME segmen
- t.Grow the business in the assigned territory through managing its Account & Maya Agen
- t.Operationalize cascaded plans by creating strategies as suitable to the are
- a.Ensure that all partners and agents are trained and knowledgeable of our product and use cases including Maya Bank products for retail agent
- s.Conduct regular meetings with MSAP, MA Partners, & Maya Agents to cascade and monitor sales performanc
- e.Maintain relationships with Accredited Partners, & Maya agents including immediate after sales servicin

What we are looking**
- for:Graduate of Business Management, Marketing, or any other related fi
- eld.Knowledgeable in Sales Account & Relationship Managem
- ent.Knowledgeable in e-wallets and payments ecosys
- tem.Preferably at least 3-4 years experience in Sales and Client Management or Business Developm
- ent.Knowledge in financial technologies and other intersecting industries is a p
