About the role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Social Media Moderator to join our growing team at Valeros Velasco Tabernilla Proverify INC. This is a full-time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and content moderation support across our social media platforms, with a particular focus on TikTok.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner across various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media
  2. Monitoring and moderating user-generated content on our TikTok platform, ensuring compliance with our community guidelines and brand standards
  3. Escalating complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team members for further investigation and resolution
  4. Actively contributing to the improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
  5. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  1. Accepting No experience in a customer service or social media moderation role as long as you are a College Graduate with Diploma
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide empathetic and professional service
  3. Familiarity with TikTok and other social media platforms, along with a keen eye for identifying inappropriate or harmful content
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  5. A collaborative team player who is adaptable and willing to learn
  6. Proficiency in both English and Filipino languages
