We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to fully own our brand's online presence — from content strategy and creation to post scheduling, community engagement, and ad performance. This person will also handle paid campaigns, performance monitoring, and budget optimization, making this ideal for a digital-savvy all-rounder.

Minimum Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage a strategic content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Develop visuals, write captions, and generate short-form video ideas aligned with marketing goals
  • Execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms and optimize for lead generation and ROI
  • Track analytics, trends, and engagement to guide both organic and paid strategies
  • Manage ad budgets and provide regular performance reports
  • Use AI tools like Canva AI and ChatGPT to streamline content creation and data analysis

*Minimum Qualifications:*

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management and/or digital marketing
  • Experience running ads and managing budgets across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms
  • Strong familiarity with AI tools and marketing tech
