We're Hiring: Social Media Manager

Remote Position | 2–3x Monthly Face-to-Face Alignments (Ortigas Office)

We're looking for a Social Media Manager
who's fast, flexible, organized, and skilled in both strategy and execution — someone who can manage multiple client pages, produce effective content plans, and keep clients updated on deliverables.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and maintain multiple client social media pages
  • Create content calendars, brand-aligned posts, and campaign strategies
  • Monitor analytics and report monthly page growth and engagement
  • Create ad strategies and compile ad performance reports
  • Ensure clients are consistently updated on deliverables and progress
  • Coordinate with the creative and production teams as needed
  • Attend 2–3 face-to-face alignment meetings per month in the Ortigas office


What We're Looking For

  • Strong background in social media management (FB, IG, TikTok, etc.)
  • Experience with analytics, insights, and ad performance reporting
  • Ability to create content plans and marketing strategies
  • Good communication and client-facing skills
  • Organized, fast, and adaptable to shifting priorities
  • Creative mindset with an eye for current trends
  • Experience in digital marketing or content creation is a big plus
  • Preferably based within or near Metro Manila for monthly alignments
