About the role

Join the dynamic team at New Flavor House, Inc. as our Maintenance Manager. In this full-time position based in Guiguinto Bulacan, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our manufacturing facilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to optimise equipment performance and reliability
  • Oversee a team of technicians and mechanics to carry out preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities
  • Liaise with production and operation teams to align maintenance plans with business objectives
  • Monitor maintenance budgets and optimise costs while ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Identify and implement improvements to maintenance processes and procedures
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the wider organisation
  • Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record as a Maintenance Manager or similar role for at least five (5) years in a food manufacturing environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment, machinery, and maintenance best practices
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians
  • Familiarity with maintenance, GMP and HACCP
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Licensed Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical courses
