Optimumtread Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Engineer to join our dynamic team in Guiguinto Bulacan. As a Fleet Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our fleet of vehicles. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work for a leading company in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Implementing and overseeing preventive maintenance programmes to maximise the lifespan and reliability of our fleet
  2. Conducting regular inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of vehicles, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards
  3. Analysing vehicle data and maintenance records to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for fleet optimisation
  5. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments, technologies, and best practices in fleet management
  6. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to other members of the maintenance team

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fleet Engineer or in a similar role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
  3. Proven track record of implementing successful preventive maintenance programmes and optimising fleet performance
  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  5. Strong technical expertise in vehicle diagnostics, repair, and maintenance
  6. Proficient in the use of fleet management software and other relevant technologies
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
