Job Description:

  • Lead the design of end-to-end integrated solutions based on client needs.
  • Create high-level and low-level design documents, technical proposals, and integration plans.
  • Select appropriate hardware, software, middleware, and services from multiple vendors.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities and define solution strategies.
  • Analyze RFPs/RFIs and develop customized responses with technical accuracy.
  • Present proposed solutions to clients through demos, workshops, and presentations.
  • Manage the presales technical team.
  • Review and approve technical proposals before submission.
  • Mentor team members and ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Engage directly with clients, consultants, and third-party vendors.
  • Gather business and technical requirements from clients.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact during presales engagements.

Technical Expertise:

  • Proven experience with ICT and system integration across technologies: cybersecurity, networking, servers, storage, databases, cloud solutions, and applications.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with systems integration, such as an enterprise network infrastructure, v
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance issues in SI projects.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and client engagement abilities.
  • Ability to articulate complex solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Commercial insight and ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Cisco, Firewall, VMware, Microsoft, AWS)
  • PMP or Prince2 (project management), but not required.
  • ITIL Foundation or higher, but not required.

Experience Required:

  • 5 – 10 years of experience in IT or system integration.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in a presales or technical consulting leadership role.
  • Experience working with large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
  • Track record of designing and winning large, complex SI deals.
