Trucking Supervisor

Ø Supervise trucking operations including dispatch, routing, scheduling, and driver performance.

Ø Monitor fleet condition, schedule preventive maintenance, and coordinate with suppliers/vendors for repairs, parts, and services.

Ø Implement and enforce compliance with company policies, safety protocols, traffic laws, and government regulations.

Ø Track fuel consumption, mileage, and repair costs; recommend measures to reduce expenses and improve efficiency.

Ø Oversee proper documentation for trip tickets, delivery receipts, fuel logs, and maintenance records.

Ø Conduct spot checks and inspections of trucks and drivers to ensure readiness and compliance.

Ø Resolve delivery delays, route adjustments, customer complaints, and other operational challenges.

Ø Prepare and submit reports on fleet utilization, performance metrics, expenses, and incident logs.

Ø Train, coach, and evaluate drivers and support staff to promote safety, cleanliness, efficiency, and professionalism.

Ø Coordinate closely with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams for smooth delivery scheduling and workflow.

Ø Manage driver schedules, attendance, and compliance with working hours.

Ø Support the company's customer service goals by ensuring timely, accurate, and safe deliveries.

Ø Maintain consistent and professional customer communication regarding billing processes, ensuring clarity of charges, timely follow-ups, and proper coordination for collections after deliveries.

Ø Able to source, accredit, and manage external trucking contractors.

Ø Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of trucking processes, safety measures, and cost controls.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
