  • Responsible for leading a QA team.
  • Developing and implementing quality standards and procedures.
  • Monitoring production processes.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations, and investigating customer complaints.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and documentation of all QA activities.
  • Ensure products and services consistently meet customer requirements and internal quality standards.
  • Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Conduct checking and inspection of items from import and local deliveries based on packing list, DR and Invoice.
  • Prepare receiving report for incoming shipment (local & Import) and send it to Purchasing and O&D.
  • Performing receiving transaction to NetSuite of quantity received item from delivery.
  • Prepare receiving irregularity report for any damage found in the shipment (local & import) and send it to Purchasing, O&D and Accounting Department for billing process.
  • Checking backload items based on the client return, DR, Sales invoice, Quantity and reason of return.
  • Prepare backload report (client/branch) for any backload items returned by Delivery Team and send it to Sales, MID and O&D for the disposition.
  • Performing routine quality inspections and quantity checking for incoming and outgoing items.
  • Conduct checking of delivery documents such as DR, Waybill, Packing List, Bill of Lading.
  • Prepare Incident report for any irregularity found in the delivery truck/Container Van such as 'No security seal, truck condition.

Qualifications:

  • With at least 2 years experience in Warehouse & Logistics as Quality Assurance Supervisor.
  • Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
  • With experience in developing and implementing Quality Assurance standards & Procedures
  • Amenable to work on-site: Monday - Saturday
