The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible to ensure proper warehouse supervision on activities which include but not limited to inventory handling, stocks management, inbound and outbound activities, freight management and ensuring quality requirements of the company are implemented.

Duties and Responsibilities

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

· Supervises regular physical inventory count conducted in the warehouse and ensure that appropriate

actions relative to the discrepancy are carried out, i.e. billing addressed to 3rd party whose and trucking

service providers.

· Coordinates closely and regularly with Operations for prompt resolution of issues related to STO, stock

issuances and returns.

· Checks and ensures proper inventory handling at all times.

· Flags any inventory issue such as, but not limited to, inventory aging, excess inventory, foreseen

inventory shortages.

· Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the warehouse

management system.

DOCUMENTATION MANAGEMENT

· Ensure closure on reported violation by ensuring documentation is completed based on proper

investigation procedure.

· Prepare and maintain a variety of records and logs and prepare reports as required.

· Ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy.

· Monitor stock levels in order to highlight minimum and excess levels.

ECOMMERCE FULFILLMENT

· Assist picking staff to help navigate and prioritize orders.

· Take ownership for achieving department goals; monitor all daily reports.

· Review and advise on staffing requirements.

· Process customer/retail orders and fill those orders.

· Process and review weekly and monthly reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor preferably in the retail
  • Graduate of bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Supply Management, Business or any related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office Knowledgeable in SAP system. Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.
