Role Overview

The Training Assistant Manager supports the execution, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs, with a strong focus on
sales performance and capability development
. This role works closely with Operations and Training leadership to ensure learning initiatives align with business and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing, developing, and delivering training programs focused on
    sales, product, and soft skills
  • Support curriculum development, training materials, and facilitation guides
  • Conduct training sessions, coaching, and refresher programs as needed
  • Monitor trainee performance and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders
  • Support training needs analysis and competency gap assessments
  • Coordinate with Operations, QA, and Leadership teams to align training initiatives
  • Track training effectiveness using metrics, reports, and assessments
  • Support people management and mentoring of trainers as assigned
  • Manage multiple training projects and timelines simultaneously

Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in
    Training & Development / Learning & Development
  • Trainer or Assistant Training Manager experience in a BPO setup
  • At least 1 year of sales experience
    , preferably in a structured or corporate sales environment
  • Minimum
    1 year of training, teaching, or facilitation experience
  • Strong background in
    curriculum development and training delivery
  • Demonstrated
    leadership and people management experience
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
