Responsibilities

· Assess organizational training needs through job analysis, performance evaluations, and close consultation with department heads.

· Develop annual training plans aligned with business objectives and workforce development goals.

· Create a training roadmap that supports employee onboarding, upskilling, leadership development, and compliance requirements.

· Design, update, and manage training programs, materials, and e-learning modules.

· Deliver engaging training sessions using various methodologies (in-person, virtual, blended learning).

· Coordinate external training providers, courses, and certification programs when necessary.

· Develop and manage onboarding programs for new hires.

· Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback surveys, assessments, KPIs, and performance data.

· Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to increase training impact.

· Prepare regular reports on training activities, participation, and outcomes for management.

· Supervise and support trainers, facilitators, and instructional designers (if applicable).

· Work closely with HR, department managers, and executives to ensure training aligns with company needs.

· Provide coaching and mentorship to employees and managers to support skill development.

· Ensure all training meets legal, regulatory, and industry-specific compliance standards.

· Maintain accurate training records, attendance, schedules, and documentation.

· Manage training budgets, resources, and tools effectively.
