Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate technical training sessions for new hires and existing agents (product knowledge, troubleshooting procedures, tools, and systems).
  • Provide floor support during transition/nesting and assist agents with real-time technical escalations.
  • Ensure trainees meet performance and quality standards before endorsement to production.
  • Recommend process enhancements, training strategies, and learning tools to drive performance improvements.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Quality, Workforce, and Client Trainers regarding updates, training schedules, and program performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course
  • At least 4 years of BPO experience, including 2 years as a trainer
  • Preferably knowledgeable in technical support.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Open to work onsite and in shift schedule
