
Marketing Communications Media and Digital Manager

SUMMARY/ PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITY:
• Co-create the Media & Digital Marketing (including eCommerce) brief with the brand team, cascade to relevant agencies, drive the progress and provide status update to the IMC Head and Brand Managers.
• Single point of Contact (SPOC) of Media & Digital agencies as well as digital vendors/ media networks and works closely with them to strategize, develop, and implement Digital and eCommerce plans for PPG brands based on aligned objectives and KPIs, with minimal supervision from immediate manager.
• Tracks the delivery and performance of Media, Digital and eCommerce executions on a regular basis and be able to optimize the plan to improve output and/or hit the target.
• Leads the development of Media & Digital Execution plan for brand initiatives, Corporate Brand-building initiatives including initiatives with partners.
• Company representative to Media, Digital and eCommerce-related events, and activities, and responsible for cascading relevant information and learnings to key members of the Marketing Department
• SPOC and overall lead for Media, Digital and eCommerce plan development, and implementation for all brands and corporate
• Priority is to focus on driving effective and efficient Reach and Frequency leading to conversion of our target audience
• Should be looped in in all Media, Digital and eCommerce related executions, whether local (area specific) or national (total PH)
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Preferably with bachelor's degree related to Marketing, Communications, Advertising or Business-related Field
• 5-8 years in a Media Agency, Marketing, or relevant field
• Preferably with experience working on Branded Media and Digital Campaigns
• Knowledgeable in Media principles & trends; Best practices and Innovations on Communications and Digital Marketing; Data-driven infighting; Performance Marketing
• Strong Project management skills
• Result-driven and detail-oriented
• Preferably with experience working on Campaigns for ATL, Digital and eCommerce
• Concise and clear communicator with written and oral
Communications skills in English and Filipino
WORK ARRANGEMENT:
• Onsite, Full-time
• 5-6 day's workweek
• Must be willing to work in Makati City office.
