Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides clerical and organizational support to ensure efficient office operations. The role involves handling correspondence, scheduling, documentation, and assisting various departments in daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office communications, emails, and phone calls.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support procurement of office supplies and monitor inventory.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed.
- Perform general clerical duties such as scanning, photocopying, and filing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Experience in an administrative role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
