We are seeking a detail-oriented and licensed CPA
Accounting Manager
to lead our accounting operations and support the company's financial health. The ideal candidate is responsible for preparing and managing annual budgets, monitoring spending, and forecasting financial requirements to ensure effective resource allocation. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making while ensuring day-to-day accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in accounting
  • 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
  • Familiarity with preparing financial statements, tax regulations, audits, and internal control systems

Job Description:

  • Prepare and manage annual budgets
  • Monitor organizational spending and analyze variances Forecast financial requirements and ensure effective resource allocation
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reports and records
  • Maintain internal controls and enforce accounting policies
  • Monitor revenue and expenses, prepare special reports, and safeguard confidential information
  • Stay updated on legislation to avoid legal challenges
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Provide recommendations that support financial and business decision-making
  • Supervise, train and mentor accounting staff
  • Oversee recruitment, task assignment, performance evaluation, and employee engagement
  • Foster a high-performing team aligned with organizational goal
