We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented
Staff Accountants
(mid to senior level) to join a growing Finance & Accounting team. This expansion supports a global organization seeking to build a strong, reliable F&A function while scaling operations thoughtfully and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Accounting

  • Perform end-to-end accounting tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close activities, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
  • Support the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
  • Assist in maintaining general ledger accounts and supporting audit requirements.

Systems & Process Management

  • Work extensively with finance systems, particularly
    NetSuite
    , or demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt to client-required platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve accounting processes.
  • Maintain accurate financial data and documentation to support transparency and audit readiness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate closely with regional and global teams, including those based in North America.
  • Support leadership in evaluating workflow efficiencies, process improvements, and team scalability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Accounting
    ,
    Finance
    , or a related field.
  • Mid to Senior level accounting experience (e.g., Staff Accountant or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Experience with
    NetSuite
    or other ERP systems is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
