Job Summary: The Sales Executige is responsible for growing the client base, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who understands the construction industry and excels at building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

● New Client Acquisition: Find and win new clients, including contractors, builders, and developers.

● Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

● Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the sale.

● Product Knowledge: Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of all our construction products.

● Client Consultation: Understand client needs and recommend the appropriate materials for their projects.

● Quoting: Prepare accurate and timely price quotes and proposals.

● Market Awareness: Keep up with industry trends and competitor activities.

● Sales Reporting: Track your sales activities and provide regular performance reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
